Following the successful launch of its Fully Funded B1.2 Engineer Training Pathway, Aeros Maintenance has announced further plans to strengthen its engineering capability by recruiting additional B1.2 licensed aircraft engineers.
The initial training pathway generated significant interest from aspiring engineers across the UK, resulting in a high volume of quality applications and reinforcing the company’s commitment to developing the next generation of aircraft maintenance professionals.
To support the continued growth of the programme and to ensure the highest standards of fleet maintenance, Aeros is now seeking additional, fully certified B1.2 engineers to join its experienced engineering team.
Successful candidates will play a dual role within the organisation, contributing to the ongoing maintenance and airworthiness of the company’s fleet while also supporting the development and mentoring of trainees enrolled on the fully funded pathway.
Neil Doherty, People and Development Director, Aeros Flight Training and Aeros Maintenance, commented:“The response to our Fully Funded B1.2 pathway has been incredibly encouraging,” said “It confirmed both the demand for accessible engineering training and the importance of having a strong, experienced engineering team in place. By bringing in additional B1.2 licensed engineers, we’re investing not only in our fleet, but in the people who will shape the future of our engineering operation.”
Applications are now open for qualified B1.2 engineers looking to combine hands-on engineering work with the opportunity to support and inspire engineers at the very start of their careers. To apply, send your CV and covering letter to maintenance@aeros.co.uk.
