Aeros Flight Training has announced a series of enhancements within its operational and student support teams, reinforcing the organisation’s commitment to delivering outstanding training standards and student experience.
Garvie Logan has been appointed Senior Flight Operations and Planning Manager, where he will oversee operational planning, scheduling and flight operations coordination across the Aeros training network.
At the same time, Kim Bennett has moved into an enhanced role managing Student Support and Graduate Services, further strengthening Aeros’ focus on student wellbeing, progression and career support.
Speaking about his new role, Garvie Logan said: “Aeros continues to grow at an exciting pace, and I’m proud to be taking on this expanded role. Ensuring efficient operations while maintaining the highest standards of training and safety remains our top priority.”

Kim Bennett added: “Supporting students throughout their training journey, and beyond into their careers, is something I’m incredibly passionate about. This enhanced role allows us to further develop the support and graduate services available to every Aeros student.”
Sarah Champneys, Head of Sales & Marketing commented: "Graduate Services is becoming an increasingly important part of the Aeros proposition. While our primary responsibility is to deliver exceptional pilot training, we also recognise that students are investing in a future career.
What makes our approach different is that employability isn't treated as a separate programme or a final-stage process. It's woven into how we operate, the relationships we build with airlines and industry partners, and the support we provide throughout a student's training journey.
Kim is ideally placed to lead this next phase, bringing together student support, graduate services and industry engagement to create an even stronger experience for current and future Aeros students."
These appointments form part of Aeros’ wider strategy to strengthen operational delivery while continuing to provide exceptional support for aspiring pilots from enrollment through to employment.
