Aeros Group Appoints Neil Doherty as Group Business Development Director

Aeros are pleased to announce the appointment of Neil Doherty to its Board of Directors as Group Business Development Director, effective January 2026.


Neil has been supporting the Aeros Group’s strategic development throughout 2025 and now formally joins the business at a pivotal stage in its growth. His appointment strengthens Aeros’ leadership team as the company continues with its ambitious fleet expansion and modernisation programme.


Neil brings extensive aviation experience from a career spanning senior leadership roles at easyJet, across both UK and European operations, and earlier operational positions at Britannia Airways. His expertise includes strategic planning, large-scale training and operations management, and flight operations; skills that align perfectly with Aeros’ ongoing transformation and future ambitions.
