Aeros Flight Training has reaffirmed its long-term commitment to its people and to the wider flight training industry through significant ongoing investment in the development of its Flight Instructor team.

Through its structured, ongoing instructor support programme, Aeros currently has more than £90,000 invested in live training sponsorship, with an additional £35,000 of support going live later this month. This see’s our total investment since covid surpassing £250,000.

The programme supports Aeros flight instructors at varying stages of their professional development, ensuring they are equipped with the skills, qualifications, and experience required to deliver high-quality training while progressing their own aviation careers.

This sustained investment underlines Aeros’ belief that well-supported instructors are fundamental to safe, effective, and future-focused flight training.

Steve Powell, Head of Training at Aeros Flight Training, commented:

“Flight instructors are at the heart of everything we do. By continually investing in their development, we’re not only supporting individual career progression, but also contributing positively to the long-term strength and sustainability of the flight training industry as a whole.”

At a time when the aviation sector continues to face skills shortages and increasing training demands, Aeros’ approach reflects a proactive commitment to raising standards, retaining talent, and creating clear, supported pathways for instructors working within the organisation.

The ongoing programme forms part of Aeros’ wider strategy to invest in people, infrastructure, and training excellence — ensuring both instructors and students benefit from a stable, high-quality training environment.
