Following a year of exceptional growth, Aeros Flight Training has announced it is recruiting both multi-engine and single-engine flight instructors across all its four bases (Cardiff, Gloucester, Leeds & Wellesbourne) to join its expanding team.
The recruitment drive comes as the company prepares for continued expansion in 2026, following a highly successful 2025 that saw strong demand for Aeros’ flexible modular pilot training and the addition of new aircraft to its fleet. With more aircraft scheduled for delivery next year, the company is strengthening its instructor team to ensure capacity keeps pace with student growth.
The Aeros modular training pathways allow students to progress at their own pace, without unnecessary delays. Maintaining this flexibility is central to Aeros’ ethos, and expanding the instructor team ensures every student continues to receive the individual attention, continuity, and scheduling reliability that defines the Aeros experience.

Stephen Powell, Head of Training at Aeros Flight Training, commented:
“This year has been one of the most successful in Aeros’ history. We’ve seen incredible demand for our modular courses from students who value flexibility and high-quality instruction. As we plan for the year ahead, we’re investing in both our fleet and our people, ensuring we continue to deliver the standard of training that Aeros is known for.”
Mike Hoft, Chief Flight Instructor, added:
“We’re looking for agile, enthusiastic flight instructors with a real passion for the flight training industry. At Aeros, we’re proud to have a team of instructors who truly love what they do, and we invest heavily in helping them grow their skills and careers. While we operate across four bases, we’re very much one team, united by our shared commitment to developing the next generation of pilots and delivering exceptional training.”
Aeros Flight Training operates from multiple UK locations and continues to be at the forefront of the modular commercial pilot training industry. The roles can be viewed at www.aeros.co.uk/careers.
