Aeros Flight Training is pleased to announce a series of key appointments as the business continues to invest in its people, operations, and student experience.

Sarah Champneys joins as Head of Sales and Marketing, a newly created role that marks an exciting step in Aeros’ ongoing growth. Sarah brings a wealth of experience in aviation and commercial marketing, with a track record of building high-performing teams and delivering student-focused strategies. Her appointment will shape how Aeros connects with prospective pilots, partners, and the wider aviation community.

Joining Sarah is Sophie Smith, appointed as Training Advisor. Sophie, who previously worked within operations at Aeros, will be a key point of contact for future students, guiding them through their training journey from first enquiry to take-off.

The Operations function is also being strengthened with an expanded role for Kim Bennett, who takes on responsibility for both the operations teams and student support as Senior Operations Manager. Kim’s deep knowledge of the business and her student-first mindset make her ideally placed to lead both teams through the next stage of development.

Also new to the Aeros team is Tom Hay, who joins as Maintenance Base Manager. A keen aviator himself, Tom now leads Aeros’ aircraft maintenance facility and is responsible for the care and upkeep of the Aeros training fleet, as well as supporting a growing number of customer aircraft.

Nick Dunn, CEO of Aeros Flight Training, commented: “These appointments reflect our continued commitment to strengthening the business and investing in the people who make Aeros what it is. We’re building a team that’s not only operationally strong but deeply connected to our students and their success. It’s an exciting time for the company, and I’m confident this next chapter will bring even more growth, innovation, and opportunity for everyone involved."

Together, these new roles and expanded responsibilities signal a clear focus on collaboration, communication, and delivering the best possible experience for Aeros students, staff, and partners.
