Graduate services
Support for the transition from training to professional aviation.
Talk to our team
Achieving your Commercial Pilot Licence is a significant milestone — but it isn't the finish line. Graduate Services is Aeros' ongoing programme of support, guidance and industry engagement, running throughout your training to help you approach recruitment with confidence.
Airlines look for more than technical flying skills, strong communication, professionalism, teamwork, resilience and sound decision-making. We help students build these qualities from day one, not just before assessments.

We track this development through Aeros Compass, our data-driven system for measuring student progress — understanding each student's strengths and weaknesses throughout training, so support can be tailored to where it's needed most.
